By downloading, installing, or using OhHelloHero ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you are a parent or guardian, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of your child.
2. Description of Service
OhHelloHero is a mobile application that allows children to engage in AI-powered voice conversations with fictional character personas. The service is designed for entertainment and educational purposes under parental supervision.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Account creation requires a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the App.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
- Free accounts have limited access to characters and conversation limits.
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and provide full access to all characters and features.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable app store policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that could harm minors
- Use automated means to access the service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by OhHelloHero and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Character likenesses used in the App are for entertainment purposes. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
8. AI-Generated Content
Conversations within the App are generated by artificial intelligence. While we implement safety filters and content moderation, AI-generated responses may occasionally be unexpected. We recommend parental supervision during use. We are not responsible for the specific content of AI-generated conversations.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OhHelloHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
